General Porter:
AGEM is the brain child of Faisel Porter who fulfills the role of project director. He is responsible for training materials, formulating programmes and managing the team who fulfill the role of the senior ranks in AGEM.
It is his hope that all of the materials at AGEM can be accredited for training of trainers so that senior youth members may earn an income whilst spreading the AGEM message in all the communities that may need it.

General Osman:
Nuraan Osman is the director of Ihata Shelter. She has over 10 years experience in the NGO sector & has presented papers at many international conferences.
Her role at AGEM is that of a leader & facilitator. She is responsible for implementing training programmes, developing youth leadership & setting up various outreach programmes.
